Booking and Payments

Booking Process

Tour bookings can be made through our website, phone, or email. All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation from Destrnonch.

Payment Terms

• A deposit of 50% is required to confirm your booking
• Full payment is due 30 days before the tour date
• Payments can be made by credit card, bank transfer, or cash
• All prices are in Canadian dollars (CAD) unless otherwise specified
• Prices are subject to change without notice

Group Bookings

Special terms and pricing may apply for group bookings of 8 or more people. Please contact us for group rates and customized packages.

Cancellation and Refund Policy

Customer Cancellations

• More than 30 days before tour: Full refund minus 10% processing fee
• 15-30 days before tour: 50% refund
• 7-14 days before tour: 25% refund
• Less than 7 days before tour: No refund

Company Cancellations

In the event that Destrnonch cancels a tour due to weather, safety concerns, or insufficient bookings, customers will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule.

Rescheduling

Tours may be rescheduled subject to availability and weather conditions. Rescheduling fees may apply for changes made less than 14 days before the tour date.

Participant Requirements

Age Requirements

• Minimum age varies by tour type and activity
• Minors must be accompanied by a parent or guardian
• Parental consent forms required for participants under 18

Health and Fitness

• Participants must be in reasonable physical condition
• Medical conditions must be disclosed at time of booking
• Participants with disabilities should contact us to discuss accommodations
• Pregnancy restrictions may apply to certain activities

Conduct

Participants must follow all safety instructions and guidelines provided by tour guides. Destrnonch reserves the right to remove participants who:

• Behave inappropriately or disruptively
• Fail to follow safety instructions
• Appear under the influence of alcohol or drugs
• Endanger themselves or others

Safety and Liability

Safety Measures

Destrnonch takes safety seriously and implements comprehensive safety measures including:

• Certified and trained guides
• Quality safety equipment
• Regular safety briefings
• Emergency communication devices
• First aid trained staff

Limitation of Liability

Participation in tours and activities is at your own risk. Destrnonch's liability is limited to the amount paid for the tour. We are not liable for:

Insurance

Participants are strongly encouraged to obtain travel insurance. Destrnonch carries liability insurance but this does not cover personal injuries or property damage.

Photography and Media

Destrnonch may take photographs and videos during tours for marketing purposes. By participating in tours, you consent to the use of your image in promotional materials unless you specifically opt out.

Force Majeure

Destrnonch is not liable for any failure to perform due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to:

Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of Alberta, Canada. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Alberta, Canada.
